In this section, I will be explaining the more common, and not so common, terminology and online gaming jargon. If there is a term that you can’t find the explanation for, ask me and I’ll try and find the answer for you!
Here are a few to get the ball rolling -
Instant play:

Purchases:
Also called Deposits. The total successful purchases or deposits made by a player across all casino accounts within a defined period.
Wagering:
The sum of all bets a player has made within a defined period.
Wagering Requirements:
A set of restrictions that a player must meet before he will be able to withdraw bonus amounts from their casino account.
Bet:
Wager. Something risked or staked on an uncertain event.
Jackpot:
The chief prize or the cumulative stakes in a game or contest as a slot machine. A big win.
Progressive Jackpots:
Particularly a slot machine whose jackpot increases with each coin that is played. When the progressive jackpot finally hits, the amount resets to the starting number.
Alias:
The unique name, usually fictitious, selected by the player, that he or she will be known as when participating in online games.
MVP:
Multi-Player Viper. Games where multiple players compete for the top number of spots, in order to win a pre-determined pot.

APM:
Alternative Purchase Methods. Third party companies which allow players to make indirect deposits.
Odds:
The ratio of probabilities. The casino’s expectation of a player’s chance of winning. The figure or fraction by which the casino offers to multiply a bettor’s stake, which the bettor is entitled to receive if he wins.
